Yes we do! Our opening hours are: Tuesday and Thursday Evenings 5.30pm- 9pm, Saturday 10am- 3pm and Fridays are by appointment only. Please get in touch at email@example.com to book a Friday appointment.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You will receive an email once your order has been received and processed (please check your junk inbox if you can’t see it). It can take up to 3 working days to process your order, then an additional 2 days for delivery. If you need a quicker method please get in touch and we can do our best to help.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes- don’t worry! If you receive an item which doesn’t suit you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
– Items must be unworn and unwashed.
– Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
– Items must have all tags attached.
-Returned items and its costs are your responsibility, we strongly advised sending through a tracked postage method and retaining the receipt. –
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, however we ask for 7 working days to process your return once your parcel has been received during busy periods. If you have any questions about your refund please get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
Yes, please include your exchange request in the returns note. If we have the item available we will send it out, otherwise we will issue the refund.
I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED THE INCORRECT AMOUNT!
Please contact us at email@example.com and we will look into your issue promptly! Please bear in mind that there will be a deduction of the initial postage cost which is non-refundable.
